This delicious cocktail has become a favourite among drink lovers, and it is easy to see why. It brings together the smoky heat of chipotle peppers, the sweet and savoury notes of BBQ sauce, and the bright zest of lime juice. 

INGREDIENTS:

Chipotle Chile Powder (2 tablespoons)

Sugar (2 tablespoons)

Lime wedge.

Tequila, such as Casamigos Anejo Tequila (1.5 ounces.)

Sweet BBQ sauce (1 ounce)

Fresh lime juice(3/4-ounce)

Clover honey (1/2 ounce)

Maple syrup (1/4 ounce)

HOW TO MAKE IT

Start by mixing the chipotle powder and sugar in a plate or a bowl. Mix until they fully combine. Then rub a lime wedge on half of the rim of a glass. Once done, dip the rim into the chipotle/sugar mix and place the prepared cocktail glass aside.

Secondly, prepare the cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, BBQ sauce, honey, lime juice and maple syrup. Throw in a large ice cube and shake vigorously until it is good and ready.

Grab your prepared cocktail glass and place a fresh ice cube, then strain your cocktail over the ice.
