
Spicy potato wedges
1kg boiled potatoes, cut into wedges
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic mince
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon oil
Mix all the ingredients and toss them into the boiled potato wedges, then thoroughly combine. Air fry for 15 minutes or bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Sautéed chicken
1 whole chicken cut into 12 pieces
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and set aside for 2 hours.
In a non-stick pan add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until slightly golden.
Now add the below:
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 capsicum, sliced
Cook until all the liquid is evaporated and the oil bubbles up.
Enjoy with potato wedges and sour cream/milk.
