Easy to make spaghetti minced meat

Sometimes, all one needs is a good meal that is easy to make and still be sated. Coming up with such recipes can be difficult, therefore people end up turning to fast foods as the closest option.

One of the most popular girl dinners is spaghetti and minced meat. Once you try this combination, you can never go back.

In as much as there could be a constant recipe, it is important to note that the number of ingredients is only limited to your imagination.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti

250g minced meat of your choice

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tomatoes, crushed

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Seasoning cube

Salt

Cooking oil

Water

Pepper, optional

Instructions:

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the margarine and put in the spaghetti, whichever amount is good for you.

Once they are well softened, drain the water and run cold water through them, to prevent them from entangling.

In a pan, heat some cooking oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and saute until softened and fragrant or for about 2-3 minutes.

Add the minced meat to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned and well cooked.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning cube, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend.

Once the sauce has thickened slightly, turn off the heat.

Serve the spaghetti and the juicy minced meat and enjoy.
