Six easy steps to getting attractive breasts after breastfeeding

Baby Care

We all love a perky and firm pair of boobs. Little wonder then pregnant and expectant mothers worry about the shape and size of their breasts after breastfeeding.  This is because after pregnancy and breastfeeding, breasts tend to deflate, sag, become droopy and completely lose their shape.

Good news is, moms can naturally get their sexy breasts back after breastfeeding by practising these easy habits:

Watch your diet:

Good-looking breasts start with what you eat. Eat a healthy diet that contains fresh fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Avoid saturated fats as much as you can.

Provide your breasts with good support while pregnant and breastfeeding:

During pregnancy, your boobs tend to increase in size. And when breastfeeding, they tend to droop and get saggy. Wearing the right bras will help your breasts muscles stay strong by keeping the weight of your breasts supported and lifted properly.

Right position when breastfeeding:

Most women tend to lean over the baby while nursing. More often than not, mothers do this unknowingly. Breastfeeding while leaning makes breasts put pressure on muscles and ruin them. It is advisable to breastfeed while sitting straight or get breastfeeding pillows.

Massage your breasts while showering:

Massaging your breasts with hot then cold water helps make your muscles flexible as this promotes blood circulation.  Alternate between sprinkling cold and hot water on your breasts.

Exercise:

Exercise is essential as it improves the muscle tone while breastfeeding. Start with simple exercises such as jogging, swimming and walking. Exercise helps you even shed the excess weight gained during pregnancy.

Keep them moisturized:

Always make sure your breasts are moisturized as this helps with skin
