3. Diet and exercise: Not only can exercising be an outlet for anger, but endorphins released also boost your mood. Being healthy improves your self-esteem, something that angry people struggle with.
4. Creative outlet: find a way to express your anger in a healthy way through activities such as art or music. Repressing anger can be just as harmful as shouting.
