A woman has expressed her horror after discovering that her husband has been searching for 'day use' hotels online - and doesn't know what to do next.
She said that he had been acting "off" with her which prompted her to look at his browsing history for clues.
That's when she found he's been looking for spots to use in the day, and she's now wondering if there's an innocent explanation.
Sharing his predicament, she said: "So my husband has been a bit 'offy' and just not seeming him.
"Curiosity got the best of me and I found he had been searching for hotels to stay in during the day. As in during his work hours.
"Thinking the worst. Am I right, or could there be an explanation?
"Not brought it up with him just yet, but I have taken photos of the searches."
She added: "There was absolutely nothing else on his online history. He deletes a lot though. I'm sure I was just lucky this time.
"I've no idea how I've kept my cool so far. I'm definitely being a little short with him though."
People commented to sympathise with the woman, offering their theories on what could really be going on here.
Several wrote that they assumed the worst of the situation.
One wrote: "If he was just going to illicitly nap he would find somewhere to do it for free (car/office/home). It's either an affair or sex workers. I'm sorry."
Another agreed: "I can only think of one reason. Does not sound good at all. Sorry."
Others speculated that he could have needed somewhere for work reasons, or perhaps just really needed to sleep for some reason.
The woman added that she found a mystery phone number he had dialled, called it and it was a woman's voicemail on the other end of the line - but "sounded like they work for someone he would do business with".
The lady said she's going to try to do more "digging" before having a conversation with her husband - hopefully there will be an innocent explanation...
