Many factors affect your breasts e.g. genetics, diet, smoking, fluctuations in weight and breastfeeding. Breasts contain no muscular tissue so to lift them naturally, you must work the muscles underneath. Here are a few exercises you can do for sagging breasts.
1. Kneeling push up
Kneel with your body at a 45 degree angle, hands on the ground at chest level and wider than shoulder width, fingers pointing forward. Keeping your body rigid, bring your chest toward the ground, elbows at 90 degrees, then return to start position. Repeat for 20.
2. Chest press
Lie on your back, holding a weight in each hand above your chest. Drop both elbows down to 90 degrees. Return to start and repeat for 20.
3. Chest fly
Start on your back, holding a weight in each hand above your chest. Open your arms out and down, then bring both back to start, squeezing your chest muscles as you go. Repeat for 20.
4. Pull-over
Lie on your back holding a weight with both hands above your chest. Lower your hands back and down then slowly bring them back to start. Repeat for 20.
