INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces pork chops
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 table spoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon ginger, ground
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Pork Chops:
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients, pour into a large plastic bag with the pork chops, mix well make sure the pork chops are well coated with the marinade seal the plastic bag and set aside to marinate for about 20mins.
Pre heat your grill / oven
Grill your pork chops until cooked through. Make sure to turn over so as not to burn.
Greek Salad:
2 spring onions, chopped
6 medium olives, sliced
1 celery stick, finely chopped
¼ cup red or yellow pepper, chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbed
1 pinch oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
DRESSING:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the above ingredients and mix well. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate immediately if not eating right away.
