Kanye accused of trying to sell jewellery he bought for Kim before divorce news

By Mirror | 1 month agoKanye West has reportedly tried to sell expensive jewellery he had bought for Kim Kardashian just days before she filed for divorce. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, pulled the plug on their union last week when she filed for divorce from the rapper. And it seems as though Kanye is now looking to get a refund on some of the bling he bought for his estranged wife in a desperate bid to not be reminded of the past.
"In the last two weeks Kanye was attempting to sell jewellery he had purchased for Kim to at least two top jewellers," a source told The Sun.

"His friends knew it was over at that point. He really wanted to stay together but she was done," the insider added.
"Kanye recently said, 'I don’t want to be connected to the Kardashian brand anymore' but he was so torn because he still very much loves Kim. Although he never ended up selling the jewellery he was talking about how he didn't want to be reminded of the past."
Though it's said to be an amicable divorce, it seems as though there's more than meets the eye as a source close to the mother-of-four says she had strong feelings about Kanye's cooperation in the marriage.
"There is no drama between Kim and Kanye. Kim is mostly just disappointed that they couldn't figure out how to stay married," a source told People.

"But it takes two people to create a happy marriage. Kim has felt Kanye is not willing to do the hard work and compromise."
Kim tied the knot with the Grammy award-winning rapper in a lavish ceremony in Italy back in 2014. The pair then went on to welcome four children together; daughter North, seven, son Saint, five, daughter Chicago, two, and one-year-old son Psalm.
