Popular teenage acrobat Syombua Wendy Waeni is among the students who are celebrating excellent performance in the just release Kenya Certificate of Primary Education results.
The 13-year-old took to social media to a share a screenshot of the message from Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC), revealing that she scored a total of 340 marks.
According to the screenshot, she has scored 69% in English, 69% in Kiswahili, 60% in Mathematics, 74% in Science and 68% in Social Studies.
Just a month ago, the young girl who advocates for the right to free and quality education for every child through her performance, was appointed as an Inspirational & Enthusiastic Young Champion Ambassador by the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF).
Wendy, who started acrobatics at the tender age of four, has had the chance to perform for presidents, prominent dignitaries and world leaders among them President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya, Paul Kagame of Rwanda, John Mahama of Ghana, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and the British Prime Minister David Cameron.
