Nyali MP Mohammed Ali has already set out to deliver the promises he gave residents before being elected to parliament.

In a recent interview with The Nairobian, Moha, as he is commonly referred to stated that one of his missions is to take Jicho Pevu to Parliament and amplify the poor’s concerns.

True to his word, the MP provides shoes to school kids through a campaign dubbed “valisha mtoto kiatu” in conjunction with the Kenya Red Cross.

On 8th September, Moha visited Frere Town primary School and Mlaleo Primary and special school in Nyali distributing shoes to students.

“We distributed shoes to the pupils alongside collecting views from the teachers on how best we can improve our education standards in Nyali,” Moha wrote concerning the campaign.

The former TV investigative journalist is one of the most recognisable faces in Kenya and run campaigns funded through an M-Pesa paybill number.
