The World Bank will plough Sh15 billion into the Kenya Youth Empowerment Opportunities Project.

Youth and Gender Affairs Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki appreciated the support, saying the project sought to address unemployment.

The project, which aims to reach 280,000 youths in five years, is a scale up of the Kenya Youth Empowerment Project that was previously delivered by the Government and the private sector.
