Mau Mau descendants move back to court to claim over 100-acre land they won 8 years ago. The over 700 descendants claim to have been allocated land in Njoro, Nakuru County in 1982 but have not yet occupied it to date. According to their court documents, they won the land case against over 200 members Golf Club Squatters' group on March 2, 2012 but they are yet to possess the land eight years down the line. Lawyer Joshua Keter said that the court directed them to serve their application seeking to evict the squatters for the case to be heard on June 8.
