Meet owner of an eatery famed for its Ugali who cooks almost 72kgs of Ugali in a day

Kennedy Imbambala owns a restaurant along Joggo road behind Uchumi supermarket. His eatery is famed for its Ugali. In a day he cooks 3bundles of Ugali translating to 72kgs in a day. He serves his ugali with matumbo, nyama and veggies. The ugali is cooked by two men at a go in an open area. The cook attributes his cooking prowess to his upbringing as a luhya. Before corona he would make a profit of 10k per day, but now the profits have reduced to 3k. He has employed 12 casuals. Local celebrate the cook as their shujaa for Ugali.
