Suba residents block Homa Bay officials from collecting revenue, protest relocation of institutions

HOMA BAY COUNTY: Residents of Suba District have paralysed revenue collection at Sindo Market and its environs for the last three days for allegedly being denied to access government institutions.

The residents who comprised Kaksingri Council of Elders and the business community from Central Division in Suba District denied officials of Homa Bay County an opportunity to collect revenue from Sindo, which is one of the markets that generates a lot of revenue, and other small markets in the area.
