Here is a simple and inexpensive three-ingredient recipe... one that you and the kids will have a blast making.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Bake Time: 15-20mins
Ready In: 25-30mins
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate spread (available in major supermarkets)
2 eggs
½ cup flour
Directions:
In a glass bowl, whisk the chocolate spread and eggs until smooth
Add the flour and whisk until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking tin, spread evenly then bake at 1750F / 800C for 15-20mins or until the top is firm.
Once baked, remove from the oven; allow to sit in the baking tin for about five mins then turn onto a wire rack and leave to cool.
Serve with chopped fruit and icing sugar (if desired) or whipped cream.
