If you've ever wondered how you can help your pregnant partner or friend feel some relief, you'll be glad to know there's a surprisingly simple trick.
A man has revealed how to relieve some of the pressure they might be feeling, in a video that has been viewed a staggering 29 million times.
The dad, known as @daddynewb on TikTok, demonstrated how he helps his wife by quite literally carrying some of the weight of her pregnancy for a few minutes a day.
He said: "If you wanna do a favour for that pregnant lady, you’re going to gently lift her belly up, you’re gonna hold maybe 4.5 - 6.8kg (10-15 pounds).
"And then when she’s ready, you’re gonna gently lower it back down."
He begins by positioning his hands firmly under her stomach, making sure that he has a good grip before he lifts it up so that he is holding the weight instead of his wife - and the look on her face was enough to stun viewers.
Since being posted, the video has been liked three million times and has received almost 11,000 comments from impressed viewers who tried it out on their pregnant loved ones.
One person said: "Omg her poor back. My back hurts now."

But a couple of people were mind-blown as one said: "Bruh they move???" and another added: "Am I the only one who just found out the prego belly moved like that?"
