Rapper Kenrazy denies allegations of soliciting for sex and nude pictures

Never a dull moment in the digital sphere if the current allegations against rapper Kenrazy are anything to go by.  

The Mbilikimo Mkora artist was yesterday accused by entertainment blog Ghafla of soliciting for sex and nude pictures from Tiera, an upcoming singer. These allegations came complete with screenshots of their supposed explicit interactions.

The blog goes further to post an audio recording of the conversation between the rapper and the Ghafla writer. In the recording, the writer asks Kenrazy for a response about the screenshots sent to them. The rapper is heard asking for copies of the screenshots before calling back to ask that the information not be published while asking for a meeting.

We reached out to Kenrazy who categorically denied ever having such a chat.

“I am absolutely shocked that there are people who would go so far as fabricate such a story about me. I did not have a conversation of the sort and would never disrespect my wife in that way,” the now livid rapper stated.

Kenrazy is married to Sossun also an artiste in the Grandpa Records label.

“That lady states that we were in the Massai Mara on a weekend when I was really in Mwanza for a performance that alleged weekend. There is also talk of me being with her in Uganda. I have never been to Uganda. I have no idea what is going on,” he continued.

So why did you publish the screenshots on your Instagram page then pull them down soon after? We asked.

“I was not going to be held ransom by those people. I wanted to put it out myself so that my fans can know that I have nothing to hide. My manager Refigah convinced me to just pull them down and continue doing my music. Ngoma iendelee, we cannot dwell on activities meant to taint and sabotage my image and that of my record label, Grandpa Records,” the rapper concluded.

Grandpa Records CEO, Refigah had this to say about the allegations;

“This is not the first time that blog (ghafla) has attacked my outfit and my artistes. The allegations are not true and I stand by Kenrazy. We shall not be stopped by unfounded attacks and people trying to bring us down.”

For now it remains a case of they said he said as there is no visual of the actual phone number besides the name. But then again there is the wallpaper and profile picture that Kenrazy admits is similar to his whatsapp interface.
