I love coffee and wanted something sweet and healthy, so I put on my experimenting hat and came up with this recipe.
You can choose to have more than one banana, which is loaded with fibre.
The coffee has Ganoderma Lucidum, which by the Chinese is to them, “Miraculous King of Herbs.”
It is highly-regarded for its therapeutic properties that help improve the body’s healing power while helping its user to maintain excellent physical shape.
Aside from promoting long life, Ganoderma Lucidum has unique properties that contribute a lot to the strengthening of the immune system.
Yields one large glass

Ingredients:
? 1 sachet Organo Gold café latte ? 7 cubes ice ? 2/3 cup cold water ? 1-2 sweet bananas, sliced ? Whipped cream for garnishing
Directions
In a blender jar, put the Organo Gold café latte, cold water and blend (low speed) add the sliced banana and pulse until banana is smooth.
While the blender is running, add the ice, blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass, spoon some whipped cream on top and garnish with cherries and enjoy Valentine’s Day.
