Coconut facial wash
Mix the following ingredients:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil 3 drops tea tree oil 2 drops lavender or Neem oil For oily skin, add a squeeze of lemon juice Apply the mixture on your face and leave it on for a minute. Wipe off with a damp towel.Facial mask
This face mask is excellent for dry skin as it is moisturising.
1 tablespoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of honey Half a mashed avocado or bananaMix all the ingredients and apply to clean skin. Leave it on for ten to 20 minutes and wash off. Your skin will be soft and moist. For mature skin, add a few drops of an anti-oxidant rich oil such as avocado oil, carrot seed oil, or rose oil.
Facial scrub
1 tablespoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of honey 1 teaspoon of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of saltMix these ingredients and apply in a gentle circular motion. Massage mixture into your neck and upper chest area. Rinse and pat gently with a soft towel. Coconut oil provides deep and real moisture as it retains the water content of the skin.
