If you were not a radio host, what would you be?
A farmer, that is if I ever lived out of the city. It looks like a cool thing to do.
You just released your debut song, Faded. What was the inspiration behind it?
I felt that we spend too much time limiting ourselves and forget that life is way too short. Since the release of the song, the reception has been amazing and humbling. In fact, I am thinking of releasing more ‘feel good’ music.
What do you believe is your best quality?
My positive energy. I am yet to find something that can destroy it.
What is your most annoying quality?
I am very stubborn. It is either my way or my way.
Did you have any insecurities growing up?
Yes I did and still do to date. Insecurities are human.
What gave you strength to bounce back after the rape incident when you were young?
My late mum was my greatest strength. She made sure I just kept moving and did not let my spirit die.
Which fear have you never confronted?
I am scared of glass bottles, and do not handle them at all. This phobia stems from an incident in my childhood when a medicine bottle that I was playing with fell and injured my palm. People feel it is a weird phobia.

What is that one thing people do not know about you?
They do not know it because I do not want them to know. I like to keep it that way.
What do you love about being a lady?
I love our strength and sensuality.
If you were to change something about yourself, what would it be?
Nothing. I am perfectly imperfect just as I was meant to be.
Besides radio hosting, what other projects are you currently involved in?
Exploring the world of music and I am soon venturing into TV. I have projects involved with rape and breast cancer awareness. Besides that, I am just living life.
What do you know about love and men now that you wish someone shed some light on when you were younger?
I now know to be patient and never to settle for less than I deserve. Someone will live up to your standards.
What do you never leave the house without?
My iPod. I get very grumpy if I do not listen to music.
What do you do to unwind?
Write and read poetry.
What is the first thing you do when you get into the house?
Go to the loo.
What misconception do people have about you?
They think I am a celebrity and hence unapproachable, when in fact I am pretty easy to talk to. People also think I never cry but I do, a lot.
How do you deal with the attention of being constantly in the limelight?
I ignore it and hope it will go away. Just like I ignored the rumour that I was married.
On dating, what annoying habit have you observed in the dating scene?
Men trying to impress you by telling you how much they earn as though you were a beggar.
What is your secret to a good skin?
Enough sleep. There is a reason why it is called beauty sleep.
