Parliament will now work extra hours and extra days including friday this week to meet the deadlines for all the laws required within the first year of the promulgation of the constitution. But even as the cabinet approved two final bills in anticipation of beating the friday deadline, the commision for the implementation of the constitution has threaned to go to court to challenge what they termed violation of the constitution by the executive by approving bills that have not passed through the cic.
