Mkuu wa idara ya trafiki eneo la Nairobi, amesema kwamba dereva mhusika alichukuliwa hatua na kufikishwa mahakamani, huku akisema kwamba kesi hiyo imechukua muda kutokana na familia ya msichana aliyejeruhiwa, kukosa kufuata mpangilio ufaao na kujaza fomu zifaazo za malalamishi.
