Truth, justice and reconciliation Chairman Bethuel Kiplagat concluded his solo tour of the north rift after holding a five-hour meeting with residents of burnt forest.The meeting discussed the root causes of clashes that have arisen between Kalenjin and the Kikuyu communities in every election year since the return of multi-partyism.Kiplagat, who has been on an information-gathering tour of the region, will return with his commission to take statements on post-election violence.
