The dish was first popular in Italy and since then it has been a worldwide sensation. It is loaded with creamy goodness and healthy ingredients.
To make creamy chicken pasta you will need the following ingredients;
2 chicken breasts
500 grams pasta
1 cup heavy cooking cream
2 tablespoons olive oil/any preferred cooking oil
1 large red onion

1 bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken breasts into small portions and season them with black pepper, turmeric, salt and paprika, set them aside.
In a saucepan add water, oil and some salt to taste then bring it to a boil. After the water has boiled add your pasta and stir well. Cover your pan and let them cook.
In a large skillet add your chopped onions to your cooking oil and cook them till them golden brown, add in your minced garlic and ginger paste.
Add your chicken pieces to the onions and fry them till golden brown.
Do not forget to keep checking the pasta, once properly cooked drain the excess water but leave a cup of it for later use. Run the pasta over cold water to prevent it from cooking further.
Add your diced bell pepper to the chicken and stir well, add in your spices (paprika, black pepper and any other preferred spice or herb) Mix them well.
To the mixture add your cooking cream and reduce the heat while bringing the mixture to a boil. Add your chopped parsley and the pasta, mix well and finally add the pasta water.
Let it simmer for a few minutes before serving. Serve the creamy chicken pasta in bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
