Love is in the air for Jackieline Atieno and Coco Channel Masango, two influential personalities and lovebirds who tied the knot last week in Nairobi.
Atieno, who is the Commercial Manager at Standard Group PLC, said ‘Yes I do’ to her heartthrob Masango, the CEO of Cocosmart Clothline, during a glitz ceremony held at the Kenya School of Law, Karen. It was presided over by Barnabas Achoki.
As the bride and the bride groom walked down the aisle the atmosphere was exhilarating with smooth love ballads renting the air. A smile, a dance and a firm grip on each other’s hand spoke volumes of romance and a couple’s love joined on the hip.
The magnificent décor by Crown and Tiara and the tiered layers cake by SueBakes capped it all. And what a statement and class this oozed with sumptuous buffet and luxury selected Champaign and other priced beverages served by Brenchy Kitchens.
Every guest was dressed to the nines. There was never a disappointment when it came to the choice and flair of the flowy gown and matching groom’s white tuxedo suit laced with black and matching shoes. It was a blend of cultures with Congo and Tanzania dress textures blending well with the tunes by the Bilenge De Congo band in honour of Masango’s people. The Luo sounds too were loud and clear and fused with an assortment of other tunes to the delight of all.
The bridal design was by celebrated designer Liz Njoroge. A touch of Coco Chanel designs also dominated the air, not only at the officiating ceremony but also at the evening party held at Ray Spot, KCB Towers Upperhill, Nairobi.
