How to work on your deep squat

It is never too late to work on your deep squat. If you find it uncomfortable or cannot lower your heels, try these simple assists:

1. Hold on to something secure while doing the exercise.

2. Place a rolled-up towel under your heels for support.

3. Sit on a yoga block to avoid falling backward during the movement.

4. Practice it daily! Do the squat for at least one minute a day, gradually increasing the time as you get more comfortable.
