Let’s make my easy banana caramel and nuts shake. This is a perfect shake when you have guests at home. Entice them with a fancy-looking homemade shake that is creamy and frothy with a nutty texture.
Note: For a sugar-free option, just omit the caramel.
What you will need:
500ml ice cold milk (frozen)
500ml cold milk
4 large bananas

1/2 cup caramel syrup
250ml whipped cream
What to do
In a blender, add in bananas then nuts, frozen milk and cold milk. Give it a good blend until smooth and frothy. The ice from the milk will make the shake frothy and creamy at the same time. Set aside.
Put the caramel in a piping bag and drizzle it on the inside of the glasses to get a marble effect. Pour the shake in the glasses.
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Pipe the whipped cream on the milk shake, starting with the edges so that the cream gets support to stand on its own and does not sink in the shake.
Once piped, sprinkle some peanuts on the whipped cream and drizzle some caramel on top. Finish off with a slice of banana on the side.
