Pure indulgence is made up of toasty potatoes. Here's how to make them.
What you need
4 medium-sized potatoes peeled and diced
1 tsp. of mince garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
Method
Boil the potatoes with some garlic and rosemary. Use a fork to check if they are partly cooked after 10 -15 minutes. Drain the water then heat up a pan, add cooking oil and once hot, turn down the heat to medium high. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Once ready, serve.
