Prawns fried in butter and garlic...we like!

A simple under-20 minute recipe.

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 6-8 mins
Ready in: 16-18 mins

Ingredients:

? 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
? 50g butter
? 10-12 raw prawns, peeled and cleaned
? 3-4 gloves garlic (medium sized), minced
? Salt and pepper to taste
? Dhania to garnish

Directions:

Heat oil and butter in a wok then add garlic then prawns and stir.

Continue to stir until the prawns are pink (4-6 mins).

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped dhania before serving.
