Garlic snow peas with lemon zest

Ingredients:
? 500g snow peas
? 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
? 2 cloves garlic, crushed
? Lemon zest from half a lemon
? Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a shallow pan, add the lemon zest and cook for about half a minute.
Add the snow peas and sauté over medium heat for about a minute or until slightly softened.
Add the garlic, sauté for a further one minute. Remove from heat plate, shred some parmesan cheese on top and serve.
