This delicious smoothie is easy to make plus pumpkin has lots of antioxidants, vitamin A and fiber to keep you full.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree.( Puree is achieve after baking in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or boiling fresh pumpkins and later blending. It’s important to remove the seeds and proceed with the boiling or baking)
A cup of ice
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tablespoon of sugar or honey
A pinch of ground nutmeg
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth
Serve cold.
