One packet of Spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Put a large sufuria or pan of water to boil. Add pasta and cook until spaghetti is al dente(almost cooked) and drain the water off.
Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan and fry the sliced sausages on medium heat until they are golden brown. Now turn the heat down and add the onion and garlic, cooking them until they have softened.
Mix and stir in the tomatoes and any other ingredients you may wish to add with the sausages, bring the sauce to the boil then turn the heat down and let it bubble for about 10 minutes while you cook the pasta.
Add spaghetti into the frying pan with the sausage sauce, mixing well to coat. Sprinkle cheese. You can also serve with sauce.
