INGREDIENTS
1kg of a brisket cut of beef
4 cups barbeque sauce
¼ cup soy sauce (light)
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 2750F
In a mixing bowl, mix the barbeque sauce, soy sauce and water, then place the brisket in the mixture and let sit for about an hour in the fridge.
On a large piece of foil paper, place the brisket of beef, then spread the barbeque mixture on the brisket of beef (all round) then wrap the meat with the foil (double foil so that you don’t lose any of the meat juices while the meat is roasting).
Place the foiled brisket on an oven tray, place in the oven and roast for and hour or two or until tender.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10/15 minutess before serving.
Slice and serve hot.
