Forbes recently released its list of 100 richest self-made women in America. The list covers the whole gamut from cosmetics companies to sports and entertainment stars to women in construction, technology and healthcare. 

Among the 100 are 13 women under 40. Rihanna is the richest female musician with a net worth $600 million. At 32, her wealth comes from her cosmetics line Fenty Beauty and luxury lingerie line SavagexFenty. Through her charity, Clara Lionel Foundation, helped raise funds as aid during the coronavirus pandemic.

Others who made the list include Kylie Jenner whose net worth stands at $700 million after the 23-year-old’s company Kylie Cosmetics recorded a 40% loss in revenue for the first six months of 2020. Taylor Swift, 30, is worth $365 million while Kim Kardashian West, 39, has a net worth of $780 million.
