Police officers have engaged their military counterparts to search for a soldier who is on the run after causing the death of his neighbour’s son. Njoro Sub-county Police Commander Muganda Kisaka said police engaged the Kenya Defence Forces after preliminary investigations indicated the suspect sneaked back to his workplace after committing the crime. The 30-year-old corporal stationed at National Defence College in Karen, Nairobi, is accused of severely assaulting Collins Kiptoo, 15, on October 3, leading to his death.
