Collin Injera celebrated his 200th try on the World Sevens Series by signing a ball, and camera lens. He scored his try for Kenya in a win over Japan at the London sevens, and decided to commemorate it in style.

His signature however, might have got him into trouble. “The cameraman was far from impressed... the lens that Injera signed (with permanent ink!) costs around $60,000'(about 9Milion), World Rugby says.

While his try gave Kenya a crucial win, his signature is something he may have to get worried about. The Ksh 11 million camera lens is now flowered by a Collins Injera’s permanent autograph.

On the good side his try boosted Kenya Sevens to the finals of Bowls in the tournament as they beat Japan 24-12 to reach the finals.

In the finals they beat Argentina 26-7 to lift the Bowl trophy of the season ending London 7s tournament.

The try makes Collins Injera third in the all-time list of scorers in the sport. He is 30 tries shy of leader Santiago Gomez Cora of Argentina.
