A 31-year-old tout whose private parts were chopped off by a sex worker is recuperating at a hospital in Nakuru.

It was a harrowing tale that can only be told by Samuel Kamau, the victim. A visit to the scene shows the gravity of the attack, with blood stains on the floor. Also on the floor are Kamau’s bloodied clothes which he used to control the bleeding. Also recovered at the scene are two knives which were allegedly used by his tormentor to rob him of his manhood.
