Judiciary must arbitrate, not spark enmity in General Elections

Whenever you see a toad jumping in broad daylight, then know that something is after its life, so goes the saying by coveted Nigerian writer Chunua Achebe in his book Things Fall Apart.

So when President Uhuru Kenyatta lashed at a public rally that the Judiciary is handling wrongly cases related to the August 8 General Elections it means something is seriously wrong. It is a cry that must be recited from all corners of the country.
