In Africa The Constitution Is '' Just A Book''

It's everywhere; you watch it on television, listen to it on radio and even read about it in newspapers. When you open your Twitter, Facebook or Myspace accounts, you won't miss seeing it being cited somewhere on those pages. Known to many as being in control but to others as pure dictation of power.

Of course, I'm talking about African leaders clinging onto power till end times. I won't mention them because the entire world knows them and even makes jokes about them. Africa has been known all over for being a continent where once one gets in government, power belongs to them for eternity. And this is the complete opposite of democracy.
