I don’t recall anybody casting a vote for Ruto but if I am wrong, correct me. He is riding on the crest of the wave generated by Kenyatta’s speedboat, period.
If Kenyatta quits, Ruto has no two ways about it. He too must go. If Ruto quits, Kenyatta stays, needing only to look around for another malleable replacement from URP for the propagation of appearances.
