Activist and government critic Morara Kebaso has announced plans to refund all the funds contributed to him by Kenyans to support his nationwide tour aimed at inspecting stalled and incomplete government projects.
In a post shared on Facebook, Morara requested donors to send their M-Pesa transaction messages or reference codes to allow him to process refunds.
