How do i get rid of my abusive wife?

I have been married for two years but my marriage has been a living hell. My wife is abusive and wants things done her way. I have tried chasing her away but she keeps saying she will leave when she wants. We recently got into a physical fight with me and she used our one-year-old daughter as her shield. I don’t love her anymore and I just want her out of my life even if it means forceful eviction from the home and eventual divorce. What I can do?
