What you will need:
1 tablespoon oil
1 green capsicum, diced
1 yellow capsicum, diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1kg beef boiled with salt, vinegar and ginger
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 packets of noodles (120g)
What to do:
In a pot with boiling water add the noodles and cook for three minutes.
Add the seasoning from the sachets to the mixture and stir.
Once the noodles are cooked, set aside.
In a pan over medium heat pour the oil and sauté the onions until soft.
Add the green and yellow capsicum and mix well.
Now add the black pepper, and thoroughly stir.
Finally, add the beef, followed by the soy sauce and mix well. Enjoy!
Tip: If you would like your meal with extra soup and broth do not discard the water you boiled the noodles in. Simply add the beef into the mix and have it wet.
