Ingredients:
Avocado
?10 eggs
?Salt and pepper to taste
?2 tablespoons milk or water
?Cheddar cheese, grated
?¾ cup salsa
?1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Directions:
Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk/water, salt and pepper, and pour into the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally. Just before eggs are ready, add the cheese, then fold in the salsa and tortilla chips.
Garnish with avocado, then serve hot.
