For a couple days now, popular Radio presenter Maina Kageni has been missing from his morning show at Classic 105.
He had said that he’d be out of the country for a while but never really revealed where he would be or what it would be about.
Well today, the presenter popularly known as ‘women rep’ for consistently siding with women in his show, shared a picture with former Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney, who now plays for Everton,.
Maina who looks excited to meet the player, captioned the photo: “With the living Legend!! All the best, Wazza.... Thanks for the trophies, goals and great times!!! Wayne Rooney”’
In the photo, Maina and Rooney seem to be in deep conversation with the former Manchester United striker.
Wayne Rooney is in Tanzania to play in a match where his team Everton, will be playing against Kenya’s Gor Mahia.
He recently shocked his fans when it was announced that he would be moving to Everton.
Maina, whose following for Manchester United is fanatical, seems to have gotten along with the fact that the talented player left Manchester United for a different club.
His love for Manchester United has earned him recognition from Old Trafford where he was awarded with brand new Chevrolet SUV, the jersey sponsors at the time.
Known for taking breaks from his morning shows to tour different places around the world, Maina seems to have chosen Tanzania as his destination.
In fact sometimes back on his annual vacation he had taken time and camped in Las Vegas for about two weeks!
