Angry Spurs fans attacked in Belgium have hit out at police for treating THEM like troublemakers.
In a terrifying attack around 50 supporters were drinking in a bar ahead of tonight’s Europa League tie against Anderlecht when up to 100 of the home club’s yobs stormed in at laid into them.
The mass brawl, at around midnight, last night, spilled into the streets and saw a window smashed, beer glasses thrown and tables and chairs broken.
Tottenham, who have sold their entire 1,300 ticket allocation for tonight’s game, are aware of the attack. It took place at Bar BQ which had earlier been an area of calm with peaceful travelling drinkers mingling with locals for several hours.
The fighting went on for more than 20 minutes as locals ran for cover waiting for police to arrive at the bar close to the main station.
When they did, however, Spurs fans claim THEY were the ones treated like hooligans.
One fan tweeted: "Spurs fans have just been attacked in a pub.

The battle in Belgium came less then 24 hours after hooligans were captured fighting in Manchester ahead if City Champions League win over Seville last night.
Spurs fans believe the attack was per-meditated after troublemakers became aware that they were gathered in the bar.
It is not the first time that the north London club’s fans have been the victims of trouble on their travels.
They were attacked ahead of matches in Rome and Lyon three years ago. The latest confrontation has led Belgian police to beef up security ahead of tonight’s tie.
