NSIS Director Michael Gicangi once again snubbed the Parliamentary Committee On Defense And Foreign Affairs, prompting the committee to vow to take unspecified action against him. The committee wants to question Gichangi over the controversial UK dossier on the International Criminal Court, ICC.
