Kwa sasa kila mfanyikazi hutoa shillingi 320 kila mwezi. Katibu mkuu wa COTU Francis Awtoli amekashifu hatua hiyo akisema iwapa NHIF faidi zaiai ya asilimia 200 licha ya huduma kuwa hafifu.
