Prime Minister Raila Odinga today underwent what doctors are calling a ‘minor procedure’ on his head to relieve pressure on the outside of his brain. The Prime Minister has been at the Nairobi hospital since last evening when he went there complaining of a headache. A neurosurgeon involved in the procedure said the pressure may have been caused by Raila banging his head in a vehicle three weeks ago. According to doctors, the P-M will remain in the hospital for at least 5 more days. The doctors only made the statement after a hectic day during which most of the Prime Minister’s aides and colleagues spoke of fatigue as being the reason behind his hospitalisation.
